Tipperary native, Chef Kevin Thornton graced us with his expertise on the day for a cookery demonstration. He highlighted the different ways to approach cooking breakfast.The various tastes assembled on the plate were divine! From the dried black pudding to the French toast and streaky bacon, each taste complemented another. Coupled with a thirst quenching glass of The Apple Farms apple juice, the meal was complete.
