Introducing Gary Doyle our Brand Ambassador
To celebrate the launch of our new Turkey range we have acquired the help of an amazing Brand Ambassador. Gary Doyle is a passionate foodie, and classically-trained Chef De Partie. The Crumlin College alumni has worked in a number of top kitchens and award-winning restaurants, Cliff Town House Dublin and Midsummer House, Cambridge. He was one of six finalists in 2016 Young Chef of the Year.
Gary in now based in the Canteen in Celbridge, where he works as Chef De Partie, alongside Head Chef and owner James Sheridan since its opening in June 2016. The Canteen has been included in Ireland’s 100 Best Restaurants 2016.
Garry has joined forces with us to create recipes ideas to demonstrate the flexibility of our products whether for breakfast, lunch or starters. Our range includes award winning bacon products and our new 100% Turkey Breast Rashers and Turkey Pudding, which is high in protein and low in fat, for the health conscience consumer.
